Let’s set you free

After struggling for over two decades of chronic pain, chronic fatigue, chronic illness and suffering, Alexandra Field decided we must find a way to do better. Everyone has a right to a peaceful mind, and we are here to take you on a journey of healing, peace and safety.

Our Mission

Here at Rare Resilience, we are dedicated to supporting those with a chronic, terminal illness; regardless of whether it is mental, physical or both. We offer support, kindness and care to those who are facing these issues. We wholeheartedly know that physical illness interacts with mental health, and vice versa. We are passionate in education, awareness, support and helping you live your best life.

“It can be so scary being diagnosed with an illness, and our minds make us feel like we are in freefall. But please know there is a way through. You can be so incredibly in love with life whilst dealing with these illnesses.”

— Alexandra Field
